Psychologist and Executive Coach
As a psychologist, I’ve had the privilege of meeting with so many creative, insightful people. Within my private practice, I’ve worked with people on goals including improving work performance, building confidence, and increasing resilience. It’s been a joy to work alongside these visionaries to help them reach their goals and create lives of greater meaning. While traditional therapy focuses on symptom relief for diagnoses such as depression and anxiety, coaching uses psychology techniques to enhance functioning by taking what’s good and making it even better.
If you feel like any area of your life is “okay” or “good enough” but not quite where you want it to be, perhaps coaching is for you. If you have a personal or professional goal that has seemed out of reach, coaching may be the tool that helps you move past your mental roadblocks and finally achieve your goals. Whether your goal is to achieve career advancement, better grades, improve social skills, or handle stress better, you don’t have to struggle alone.
I graduated from Baylor University in 2006 with a doctorate in clinical psychology. As part of my training, I previously worked at several university counseling centers, including Baylor University, University of California Santa Cruz, and Sam Houston State University. Since starting my private practice in 2009, I have worked with adults of all ages and college students. I provide traditional therapy as well as coaching.
