The College Success Package:

Week 1: Address your time management challenges

Kick off your path to success with a 2-part session consisting of an exploratory component to identify the most significant obstacles in your way and a planning session that will show you how to walk around them. You will leave this session with both a path forward to success now and with a toolbox to address new obstacles when they arise in the future!

Week 2: Beat schoolwork anxiety

I will teach you how to stop letting stress control your life and instead make stress work for you with my proven approach that combines elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), meditation, and mindfulness. This approach will let you quickly establish confidence and calm when faced with impossible tasks that stand between you and success. You will leave this session with a unique approach to managing stress that can be applied to your college success and far beyond in your future career!

Week 3: Cancel distraction and sharpen your focus

This week will further build on the tools I provided in week 2 in a way that will keep you on task when it matters most. Additionally, you will learn about my novel approach to strategic “micro-scheduling”. Specifically, I will show you how to apply micro-scheduling in a transformative way so that you can stay motivated and engaged with your study and schoolwork while completely sidestepping college burnout.

Week 4: Define a schedule that works for you

This week focuses on the importance of “big picture” scheduling. Together we will review your unique needs, priorities, and goals established in Weeks 1-4 to build a macro-schedule that works for YOU. Forget everything you have read about what your daily schedule "should" look like and instead learn my proven approach to setting a schedule that will enable your success. Applying what you learn in this session to other areas in your life now and in the future will leave you with a skill set that will follow you through college success and far beyond!

Week 5: Enjoy 3 habits that support your success

Between our first 4 sessions I will be working behind the scenes pulling from my 20 years of training as a psychologist and coach to identify the 3 specific habit-changes that will have the greatest impact on your future success; making your life easier and supporting your established goals in the process. Together, we will look at the ways these habits can fit perfectly into your busy life while in a way that makes things instantly easier and more successful.

Week 6: Find success now and in the future

In this session I will show you how to take what you’ve learned in the last 5 weeks and apply it independently to new challenges as they come up. We will take a close look to see how you are using these new skills and identify any opportunities to further refine your path to college success.
